Registration Process for Payment by Email Transfer:

Send an Email: Begin by sending an email to payments@primetimesportsco.com. Please indicate the teams you wish to register, including the age of the team and its strength level (gold, silver, bronze).

Receive Invoice: Upon receiving your email, we will promptly respond with an invoice detailing the total amount owed for your registration.

Make Payment: Complete the registration process by sending your email transfer to payments@primetimesportsco.com.

Receive Discount Code: After we confirm receipt of your payment, we will provide you with a discount code. This code will enable you to proceed with registering your teams through our online registration system. The discount code will deduct all fees from your online registration, so you won't need to make any further payments online.

Complete Online Registration: Utilize the discount code provided to complete your teams' registration via our online platform. Once you've successfully registered online, you will receive a confirmation email.
Important Email Transfer Policies:

A minimum of 3 registrations (teams and/or events) is required to be eligible for registration by email transfer.

Your registration is considered incomplete until payment is made, and you have entered your teams on our online platform.

Email transfer payment and online registration must be completed by the registration deadline.
Terms & Conditions
Registrations by credit card are subject to a 3% processing fee. For alternative payment options please contact us directly at payments@primetimesportsco.com
Teams (except for out-of-town teams) should be available to play during ALL tournament dates and times. Scheduling requests and conflicts must be received 15 days prior to the event and can only be emailed to scheduling@primetimesportsco.com. Although we try our best to accommodate your scheduling request, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to honour all of of them. Travel teams will have priority for scheduling requests.
The tournament director may combine divisions or move teams up/down based on strength of teams in order to ensure a competitive division.
Although we aim for consistency with our venues, they may be subject to change due to availability and number of teams entered in the tournament.
Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled team/individual registrations will be granted if requested 30 days BEFORE the start of an event. There will be a ($50.00) charge assessed per team to process each request.
There will be no refunds processed for teams/individuals who withdraw, cancel, or forfeit games/participation within 30 days of the start of an event.
All refunds (if granted) will be processed at the end of each specified event.
In a circumstance in which the weather or events outside of our control causes game cancellations, there will be no refunds granted.
